An award-winning broker associate with the Lake Norman office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Scott Parker is a seasoned real estate professional with 17 years of experience assisting residential and commercial clients and is licensed in North Carolina and West Virginia. With his entrepreneurial background, attention to detail, straightforward communication and commitment to putting his buyers and sellers first, Scott has built a successful business as a sought-after real estate advisor.
Originally from Beckley, West Virginia, Scott studied organizational leadership from The College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University and was later accepted into the university's Executive MBA program. Prior to his real estate career, Scott was a small business owner and held a highly successful corporate career in the energy sector.
Understanding that people are at all different stages in their lives, Scott is prepared to work with clients no matter what their real estate needs may be, but the luxury market and waterfront homes are his passion. As a member of Charlotte's Canopy REALTOR® Association, Scott is a waterfront property specialist, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and a Certified Relocation Professional.
When not working with clients, you will find Scott boating and fishing on Lake Norman, attending local farmer's markets, supporting local charities, and soaking in the area's live music events. A die-hard West Virginia University football fan and a Charlotte Hornets basketball fan, he also makes time for attending games whenever possible.
